MODEL PORTFOLIO PACKAGES

Model Portfolio Shoot

Includes:

  • Up to 1 hour session

    • Studio booking is included.

    • 1 person to be photographed.

    • On-location shooting can be done outside or at a client-provided location.

    • Total time includes ANY prep client may need to do(glam), outfit changes, and photo session. A 10 minute grace period is provided for each client’s appointment; afterwards, the photo session will proceed at the time scheduled.

    • Complimentary refreshments (wine, soda, and water) will be provided in-studio.

  • 1 Creative Lighting Setup (In-Studio)

    • Chad Lawson does not use regular backdrops backgrounds, backgrounds are created from creative lighting methods seen in examples above.

  • Client will be sent pre-made Pinterest inspiration moodboards curated by Chad Lawson with sample concepts to assist with developing their concept. Custom concept creation is not included but is available for an additional fee.

  • 5 Retouched Images

    • Additional edits are available for $35 per photo.

    •  All images taken via online proof gallery (non edited watermarked images)

    • 7 - 14 day Edit Turnaround time from the day you make your final edit selections. 4 Business Day and Next Business(pending photographer availability) Turnaround Rush available for additional fee.

Total Price: $500

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK.

    • The deposit is part of the total shoot amount.

    • The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.

  • Afterpay is available as a payment option for the full shoot amount if requested.

Add ons available:

  • Wardrobe styling is available for an additional $150 per outfit. Professional wardrobe stylist will curate and provide complete wardrobe for the desired look.

  • Professional modeling pose coach is available for an additional $150 (per hour). Chad Lawson (photographer) is not a professional posing coach. It is recommended to have the professional model coach on set if you need posing assistance.

  • Professional creative director is available. $150+ … (Billed separately, price will be determined in consultation)

  • MUA on set is available for an additional $250. MUA will provide full face application on set prior to the start of the photoshoot and will provide touchups for up to 30 minutes.

  • $200 per additional person being photographed.

  • $500 per additional hour, includes 5 additional edits and 60min added to session time.

  • Includes 10 digitals and comp card design seen above.

  • 2 Outfits (Swimsuit + Standard Clothing)

  • Digitals are taken outside in natural light if weather permits. Studio will be used as a backup option.

Total Price: $200

Add ons

  • $35 per additional Hi-End Edit

  • $200 RUSH FEE 4 business day edit turnaround time.

  • $10 per unedited image without watermark.(Applies to portrait sessions only)

  • $100 for full photo session without watermark. (Applies to portrait sessions only)

BOOKING POLICY:

At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time.

PAYMENT POLICY:

All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash or credit card.

LATE POLICY:

If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, a fee of $50 will be added to their final invoice. There is a 10-minute grace period allowed for late arrivals. If the client is late, their session time will be shorter. If the client wishes to extend their session to the original time (subject to studio and photographer availability), they will be charged an additional $50 per hour and any late fees. If the client does not request extra time, their photoshoot session will end at the scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

Retainer fees and session fees are non-refundable. If the client needs to reschedule their portrait shoot, they must do so no later than 4 days before the appointment time as stated in the confirmation email from the photographer. The rescheduling must be approved in writing by the photographer. If the photographer cannot accommodate the rescheduled date, the client will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the portrait photography contract but will lose their initial deposit.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are watermarked and unedited. 7-14 Day Edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected via the Photo Gallery by client and photographer is notified via EMAIL.

There is a rush fee available for 4 business day turnaround.

If the client would like the unedited images without the watermark it's $10 per image or $100 for the full session without watermark.
